Investment Infrastructure
Intelligence portals, AI document processing, and natural language queries — built for the way investment teams actually work.
What's Broken
Family offices and asset managers track portfolios across disconnected systems — legacy ledgers, fund administrator portals, spreadsheet trackers, and email threads. Reconciliation is manual. Maker-checker workflows add friction, not confidence. When leadership asks "what's the current position?", the answer is "let me pull together a few sources first." The data exists. It's just trapped in silos.
What We Build

Systems in the Wild
Intelligence portal consolidating 3,000+ ledger entries since 2007 into a unified platform with maker-checker workflows, AI-powered reconciliation, and natural language query over the entire history.
Email AI assistant that processes incoming fund statements: PDF attachment → OCR extraction → pre-filled draft entry in the portal, ready for review and approval.
Cloud-hosted web platform with local LLM inference — zero data leaves the premise, full MAS compliance, and $0 per-token cost at scale.
How It Works In Practice
For a family office, we built an intelligence portal from the ground up: 3,000+ ledger entries spanning nearly two decades of investment history, ingested and verified through maker-checker workflows. The AI email assistant watches the inbox for incoming fund statements, extracts data via OCR, and creates pre-filled drafts ready for the team to review and approve. Leadership can ask questions in plain language — "what's our current exposure to Asian REITs?" — and get synthesized answers backed by the verified data, not a dashboard they have to navigate themselves. All running on hybrid infrastructure: AWS for the web layer, local LLMs for inference, so sensitive data never leaves the premise.
