What this site is, what our memos and AI assistant are not, and the basis on which we publish. Effective 20 September 2026.
The Site
kapital.sg describes the AI automation systems we build and publishes research memos. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What Our Content Is Not
Not advice. Our memos are general market and industry commentary. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We do not know your circumstances, and nothing on this site is tailored to them. Take professional advice before acting.
Not a current price or a promise. Memos are written as of their publication date and cite the sources available at that time. Markets move; a figure that was accurate on the date cited may not be now.
Not a service commitment. Descriptions of systems we have built — including performance, accuracy and cycle-time figures — describe specific past engagements under specific conditions. They are not a warranty that a similar result is achievable in your environment.
The Assistant
The AI assistant is automated. Its replies are generated by a third-party language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Treat them as a starting point for a conversation with us, not as a statement of our position.
Nothing said by the assistant creates a contract, an engagement, or any obligation on us to respond, quote, or provide services. Only a written agreement signed by us does that.
Accuracy, Ownership and Liability
Accuracy. We check the figures we publish and cite our sources. We do not warrant that the site is complete, current or free of error.
Ownership. The text, design and diagrams on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, quote with attribution and link to our memos. You may not republish them wholesale or present them as your own.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
